We make our jams and jellies with local fruits grown on our farm or by farmers who sell with us at Farmers Market. For pectin we use Pomonas Universal Pectin® which is a citrus based pectin requiring less sweetener resulting in a product with a whole fruit taste. We sweeten our products with sugar, honey or maple syrup and can them in 1/2 pint (8 oz) jars.
