This bread is a moist loaf full of seeds and gluten free flours. It contains buckwheat flour, tapioca stach, brown rice flour, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds, psyllium husk, sugar, yeast, apple cider vinegar, salt and water. Each loaf weights 825 g prior to baking and is baked in an 8 x 4" loaf pan. 

Our kitchen is not a gluten free enviroment so our products are not suitable for persons highly sensitive to gluten.15
